Subscriptions to AgentSea are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your AgentSea account and navigating to your billing settings.

2. General Refund Policy

In most cases, payments for AgentSea subscriptions are not refundable. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and continue providing high-quality AI services to all users.

3. Cancellation and Downgrade

If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to Billing settings
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of your billing period.

If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product or service, we request that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, we ask that you provide a demonstration of the issue.
